Challenging the preconceptions of festival experiences, Splendour in the Grass partnered with restaurateur, Maurice Terzini of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar to present the fine dining restaurant within the rambunctious and raucous environment of Australia’s biggest music festival.

Through a signature raw, rock & roll lens, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar was reinterpreted at the festival and positioned in a private and picturesque backstage location serving the Sydney institution’s finest dishes.

Splendour in the Grass continues to evolve and inspire with an immersive program of the best cultural experiences. For Icebergs, the goal was to create unexpected hospitality and fuel attendees desire for a unique social experience.
